2. When will it be available?
We produce in limited runs based on demand. As soon as your run is confirmed, weβll message you your estimated delivery date.
3. What is the price?
The price is shown on each product page. No hidden charges.
4. Can I reserve my pair?
Yes. Enquire on WhatsApp with your size and city, your Rs 500 advance is adjusted against your final price. It is refunded in full only if we are unable to produce your pair.
5. How will I know when it launches?
Your WhatsApp enquiry is enough. Weβll message you directly when your size is confirmed and again when your pair ships.
Can I exchange my pair?
Yes, we offer exchange within 5-7 days of delivery. If your size doesnβt fit, message us on WhatsApp and weβll arrange it. Pairs must be unworn and in their original packaging. Exchange delivery charges are paid by the customer. As The Winter Edit is made on demand, we offer exchange only, with no refunds. Full details on our Exchange Policy page.
