Every pair is prepared with care. Please review our exchange policy before placing your order.
Exchange Policy
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and are subject to stock availability.
A Rs. 500 exchange charge covers both doorstep pickup and replacement delivery for size, fit, color, or preference changes.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or different item, the exchange is completely FREE.
Exchange Eligibility
Items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging
- In resellable condition
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Sale or discounted items
- Customized sizes
- Items damaged after use
- Items returned without original packaging
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, size or fit issues, or sale and discounted items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures or videos.
We will cover the exchange shipping cost and arrange a replacement, subject to availability. If the same item is unavailable, we may offer store credit or an exchange for another available article of the same value.
How to Request an Exchange

- Share your reason for exchange and preferred size.
- Once approved, our team will arrange the exchange process.
