We currently deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

Order Processing

In-stock orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeframe

After dispatch, courier delivery across Pakistan usually takes 2–4 working days.

Pre-order items are dispatched within 7–10 working days after confirmation. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination.

Delivery estimates may be extended during public holidays, major sales, severe weather, or courier disruptions.

Shipping Charges

• Prepaid orders: Free delivery across Pakistan, regardless of order value.
• COD orders below PKR 5,000: PKR 300 delivery charge.
• COD orders of PKR 5,000 or above: Free delivery.

Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across Pakistan. Customers are requested to ensure availability at the delivery address when the courier arrives.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to:

• Courier service delays
• Weather conditions
• High order volumes during sales

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing your order.

Essence by Rubina will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

International Orders
