How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24β48 hours and are usually delivered within 2β4 working days after dispatch. Pre-order items are dispatched within 7β10 working days, followed by courier delivery. A tracking link is shared via SMS/WhatsApp once dispatched.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes β Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide.
What are the delivery charges?
Prepaid orders receive free delivery, regardless of order value. For COD orders, a Rs. 300 delivery charge applies to orders below Rs. 5,000, while COD delivery is FREE on orders of Rs. 5,000 or more.
Can I exchange my order if the size doesn't fit?
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order. A Rs. 500 exchange courier/handling charge applies to customer-requested exchanges, including size, fit, color, or preference changes. If EBR sends a damaged, incorrect, or different item, the exchange is completely free of cost. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Yes. Every pair is handcrafted in Pakistan using premium materials, with a focus on comfort, durability, and elegant design.

What payment methods do you accept?
