For customized or out-of-stock products, shipping times may be slightly longer. Our team member from Essence will communicate with you and provide updates on the estimated shipping time once your order is placed.

Remote Locations: While we utilize Pakistan's major logistics companies for shipping, our coverage is limited by their service areas. If your address falls outside their service area, we will contact you to explore alternative solutions to ensure your goods reach you efficiently.
