Exchanges & Returns Policy

To ensure convenience for our esteemed customers, we utilize standard US and EUR shoe sizes to assist you in selecting the perfect fit. Our products, crafted from faux leather, adapt to the contours of your feet. However, if you find the provided measurements unsuitable, please contact us at support@essencebyrubina.com or via +92 300 8444453 for customizing your preferred design.

We offer exchanges in cases involving quality concerns or size issues attributable to the company. An exchange is acceptable if the customer notifies us of such matters within 3 days of receiving the product. If there's a quality or size issue from the company's end, product exchanges will be carried out within 15 working days of registering the complaint, free of any additional charges.

For local replacements due to an incorrectly ordered size, there will be a charge of Rs. 500/-. The company's policy for International Replacement claims might vary based on the client's situation. Please note that Essence by Rubina reserves the right to decline any exchange claim that does not comply with the aforementioned company policy.
