Refund Policy
If your satisfaction isn't completely guaranteed with your purchase, you have the option to either return the item for a full refund* or exchange it for an alternative product. You have a window of up to 15 days from the date of delivery to process returns or exchanges. Products being returned or exchanged must be in their original condition, including the original box and/or packaging.
For returns, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse, and a return reason form provided by our Customer Care Department via email must be included.
*Refunds are solely applicable for customers who made payments using debit/credit cards.
