At Essence by Rubina, every pair is prepared with great care. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Exchange Policy
We offer size exchange only within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to stock availability.
To be eligible for exchange, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original packaging
- In resellable condition
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Sale items
- Discounted products
- Customized sizes
- Items damaged after use
- Items returned without original packaging
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, size issues, or sale and discounted items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures or videos.
In such cases, we will:
- Cover the return shipping cost
- Offer a replacement, subject to stock availability
If the same item is not available, we may offer:
- Store credit
- Exchange for another available article of the same value
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us on WhatsApp (03008444453) or Instagram with your order number
- Mention the reason for exchange and your preferred size
- Once approved, ship the item back to us

- Return shipping for exchange is borne by the customer
- Exchange is subject to stock availability
- Exchange will not be processed if the item fails quality inspection
- Sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund
